Jeremy Long is the Senior Manager of Packaging for Amazon Private Brands. He has over 20 years of systems, sourcing, strategy and analytics experience within the retail industry, and has spent the last five years leading various packaging initiatives at Amazon. He's currently responsible for Amazon's private label packaging roadmap including goals for both sustainability and customer experience. Having previously led Amazon's Frustration Free Packaging programs, he's uniquely qualified to address barriers to e-commerce packaging standards development and adoption.

During her packaging material supplier and food industry career she has worked with new business creation, product development, category management and strategy creation with various packaging solutions for FMCG applications. Understanding value creation from raw material producer to Brand Owner/Retailer helps her to understand how customers can improve their sustainable eco-friendly offering, efficiencies in processes without losing important qualities in their products and create more value for their customers. Her current focus area is to generate new innovative renewable products and its developments to reduce and replace non-renewable fossil-based plastics.
Francesco Ponti serves as CEO of CMC since 2011 after 10 years in the company holding the position of R&D Director. A pro-active person, Francesco is passionate about technology and has strategically developed International relationships with major partners to grow the company global position. He is also Director of the company Sales Operations. His ambition for CMC is to be the go-to partner for sustainable packaging solutions globally, and the enablers of a Zero Waste and Net Zero Carbon future.

Ilkka Harju heads Metsä Board’s packaging design team in EMEA and APAC. Ilkka is renowned for pushing design boundaries by working collaboratively with other designers and technology experts. In 2017 he received a Worldstar Award for his jewellery packaging design.

Angela Hultberg is a Global Director in the Sustainability Team at global consultancy partnership Kearney, focusing on actioning sustainability across the length and breadth of client business models to reach climate and emissions targets. She has a specific focus on the automotive, transport and retail sectors, having joined the Kearney from IKEA, where she served as Head of Sustainable Mobility.
Angela was also seconded to the COP26 Climate Champions team in 2021, working as Road Transport Lead and spearheading initiatives to accelerate the decarbonisation of the transport industry.
Angela holds a Masters of Law degree from Lund University (and is currently on the board of the Law Faculty) and has worked for PwC, Scania and Ingka group before joining Kearney.

Simon has been involved within the digital print environment for the past 25 years. After joining HP Inc. in 2007, as well as holding regional sales positions and global marketing roles, Simon now specifically engages brands worldwide as part of the recently created HP Packaging Ventures Team. He highlights the advantages and opportunities afforded when digitally printing corrugated Packaging is implemented as part of a brands supply chain logistics and GTM strategy. In addition to supporting brands and the HP convertor network, Simon participates at events and seminars worldwide highlighting the opportunities available when implementing digitally printed sustainable packaging.
Jonne believes in creating value through sustainability. He founded a sustainability consultancy Natural Interest Ltd. in 2006 and in 2012 co-founded reusable packaging startup focused on sustainability and simplicity. RePack is an award winning European startup based Helsinki, Finland.

International Safe Transit Association (ISTA)
Mr. Hiser is Vice President of Standards and Certification at the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), an association focused on empowering organizations and their people to minimize product damage throughout distribution and optimize resource usage through effective package design. He manages ISTA technical activities including development and maintenance of ISTA test Procedures and Projects, as well as ISTA Certification programs for labs, packaged-products and people.
Prior to joining ISTA in 2014, his packaging career included solving supply chain challenges at UPS’s Package Design and Testing Laboratory as well as developing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) for Scott’s Miracle-Gro. Mr. Hiser is a graduate of the Michigan State University School of Packaging with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Packaging. He is an Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP) Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) and is involved in industry activities as a Packaging Industry Advisory Board member for Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Giuseppe is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Pringraf, his first company in 1994, starting from scratch. As he worked to grow the company, he also founded other print-related digital startups, pushing the envelope on digital print innovation and taking advantage of emerging technologies to change the way packaging is designed, ordered and produced. In 2014, he established Packly, continuing his legacy of innovation. He is the technological and "lateral thinker" soul of the group, and this aspect leads him to the continuous evolution of the business - he is always thinking outside the box.

Iiro´s passion is to fold paperboard, which has led him to work as a packaging designer. Iiro has over 10 years of experience in paperboard and corrugated design, as well as packaging converting processes. He has a positive and creative mindset and is ready to face new challenges.
Currently Iiro is part of Metsä Board´s packaging design service team where he provides sustainable packaging solutions to customers and various projects.
Per Stoltz finished his studies with a Bachelor in Business and Administration. He started to work for IKEA in 1992 in the local Italian purchasing organisation.
He then moved to Sweden in 2000 to the product development and supply chain headquarter of IKEA situated in the small town of Älmhult. Working first with global strategic purchasing and later with product development projects.
Since 2008 he has been working with Sustainability, the first years with product related questions and communication and since September 2014 with the initiative “ Turning waste into resources” and circular economy for the IKEA Group.
Louise is an engineer with a MSc in Biotechnology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. She has been with BillerudKorsnäs since 2011 in roles such as process engineer, technical service manager and sustainability manager. Louise has among other things been crucial in the work to set BillerudKorsnäs’ Science Based Targets in 2017 and is today focused on working with the commercial side of BillerudKorsnäs where she is active in developing the sustainability agenda focusing on product development, customer needs and circular economy. Her passion is to drive sustainability throughout the company, ensuring that the company contributes to a sustainable future.

Gavin is the e-commerce Design Manager for DS Smith Packaging, supporting the 600+ design and technical team with insights and training in best practice, along with the hosting of Blue Chip customer e-commerce workshops and development of scalable innovations.
An innovative, creative and visionary designer, he has never been afraid to work outside of his comfort zone and enjoys challenging projects. One of his key abilities is to be able to make innovative concepts that push the boundaries of materials or design into reality, by using extensive hands on experience and actively participating in the product development and manufacturing process. This ensures that not only are the customers expectations met or exceeded, but profitability and manufacturing success is achieved.
A seasoned packaging professional with over 27 years experience, Gavin has a proven track record for producing innovative designs, which has resulted in 14 recognitions at a national, European and international level, including the UK Packaging Awards, Starpacks and World Stars.
Drawing on first hand courier and customer experience, he created the DISCS™ e-commerce test process and equipment, along with supporting the building and installation of two laboratories in the UK and Netherlands. He also has a wide and extensive knowledge of the Amazon APASS Packaging Program, being the first designer to join and now provides best practice support in house or client side.
