She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Hautes Études Commercials (HEC) in Montreal, with focus in marketing management. Ambitious and determined, Tania is successful at discovering new customer insights, and developing sustainable solutions that fulfill unmet market needs. She's passionate about the circular economy and thrives on identifying innovative & sustainable ways to redesign e-commerce packaging.
Thaxton Lipscomb is a Packaging and Supply Chain Expert, specializing in strategies which leverage the Total Systems Approach to optimize business solutions. He is a Certified Packaging Professional, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Packaging Dynamics Professional with experience and passions around Supply Chain and Research & Engineering Functions. Thaxton services business to business, club, retail and e-commerce marketing channels with work spanning global brands across Fortune 500 Companies as well as various start-up ventures. Thaxton received his Bachelor’s in Packaging Science from Clemson University and Master’s in Logistics Engineering from Florida International University.

Scot Case is vice president of corporate social responsibility and sustainability at NRF. He leads NRF’s Sustainability Council and supports retailer efforts to use their businesses to make the world a better place for everyone.
Case has focused on the intersection of business, environmental and social concerns since the mid-1990s. With strategic leadership experience in the retail, quick-service restaurant, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors, he provides a system-wide perspective that helps NRF members thrive in a rapidly changing future.
Maurizio Carano joined WestRock in 2022 as the Director of Marketing with oversight on corrugated automation, e-commerce, and the broader corrugated portfolio. Before joining WestRock, during the past 20 years, Maurizio held various Marketing roles with global packaging companies including; Tetra Pak, Avery Dennison, Klockner Pentaplast and Robopac. Maurizio holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, and a Master's in Marketing, Sales and International Trade.
Liza Antolick is a Key Account Manager for CMC Packaging Automation - North America, a division of CMC Spa, Città di Castello, Italy. She is an expert in the packaging industry with over 25 years of experience in corrugated protective packaging and point of purchase displays. Liza is an experienced designer, packaging engineer, sales consultant, and automation specialist. Her passion and specialty are sustainable end-of-line solutioning. Focusing on right sized, eco-friendly solutions that provide exceptional product protection and high-end customer experiences while promoting brand awareness and customization. Liza is an avid sports enthusiast who lives in Northeast Pennsylvania and is Mom to 3 college students and 4 dogs.
Greg is a graduate of the School of Packaging at Michigan State University. He started his career as a Packaging Engineer working his way into a Product Development Manager in the late 90’s where he led a team of designers and engineers. During this time the team developed and launched hundreds of new containers and closures in collaboration with CPG’s.
Greg joined Amcor Rigid Packaging in 2005 and has held a series of Sales and Marketing roles leading to his current position as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. Throughout his career he has focused on the collaboration between design, research/development and operations to commercialize innovative packages that improve product performance, protection and delivery across all consumer product categories.
Graduate of the University of Southern California. Started as a sample maker at Bay Cities while attending college. Became a Salesperson and rose to the President’s position in 1995. Became CEO shortly thereafter and named Chairman in 2002. Served as Chairman of the Association of Independent Corrugated Convertors in 2014/2015. Serves as Board of Director member of the AICC, International Corrugated Packaging Foundation, and Fiber Box Association. Advisory Board member of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo CA. Member of Vistage International.

Kerry Sanders is the VP Market Development for EFI and focuses on driving awareness and adoption of EFI digital printing solutions for corrugated packaging in the eCommerce customer segment. Kerry's unique perspectives are informed by his executive experience in business development, operations, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining EFI, Kerry served as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development at Craft Worldwide, an Interpublic Group (IPG) agency. Prior to Craft, Kerry held key leadership roles in sales and marketing at HP and Xerox, focusing on global new product introductions for digital transformations.
Jie Yan is Sr. Manager in PepsiCo Global R&D located in Valhalla, New York. She leads packaging innovation of PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA) ecommerce platform as well as commercialization of leading CSD brands, including Mountain Dew, KickStart, and GameFuel. Jie is also responsible for developing new packaging platforms in PBNA beverage business unit.
Jie Joined PepsiCo in 2004 and held roles across multiple R&D functions, including Sensory & Consumer Research, Analytical Science & Brand Sustainability and PepsiCo Advance Research, where she has advanced the packaging agenda base on renewable material.
Jie holds two Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology, a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China. She is also a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.
